Michaeli is a qualified and experienced yoga teacher with a deep passion for supporting people to move, breathe, and live with greater awareness. Her teaching is grounded in precise alignment and functional movement, drawing inspiration from the Iyengar tradition while remaining responsive to the uniqueness of each individual body.
Through carefully crafted, yoga-based practices, Michaeli guides students toward a deeper understanding of both body and mind. Over the past 18 years, she has worked with teens, adults, and elders, offering sessions that cultivate strength, ease, grounding, and renewal.
